Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic human capital development plans aligned with organizational goals
- Design and execute leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives
- Lead competency modeling and skills gap analysis across technical and soft skill domains
- Manage learning management systems and coordinate training delivery methods (workshops, e-learning, mentorship)
- Measure program effectiveness through KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Foster organizational learning culture through knowledge management systems and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and industry-specific certification requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in talent development leadership
- Proven track record in designing competency frameworks and development programs for mining/energy sectors
- Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and learning ROI measurement
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and change management
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
- Certifications in HR development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) or talent management preferred
