Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the HC General Manager to execute human capital strategies that support long-term business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes to ensure the attraction of top-tier industry talent.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including KPI setting, appraisal cycles, and career development planning.
- Manage industrial relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and maintaining harmonious workplace relationships.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost retention and foster a positive corporate culture.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
- Supervise daily HR operations, including payroll administration, attendance management, and HRIS data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and government regulations.
- Strong proficiency in organizational development, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professional maturity.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS software systems.
