As the Human Capital Supervisor, you will lead daily HR operations, foster a culture of high performance, and drive employee engagement initiatives that make Masterblock Indonesia a preferred workplace. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a sharp analytical mind, and demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate the complexities of modern people management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end human capital operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company regulations.
  • Manage the performance appraisal system to drive organizational productivity and talent growth.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with high accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance to management regarding organizational development and HR best practices.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive employee records using HRIS platforms.
  • Analyze HC metrics to provide data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
