In this role, you will be the backbone of our local operations, acting as a strategic partner to management while ensuring that our human capital processes are efficient, compliant, and supportive of our organizational goals. You will oversee end-to-end HR operations, from talent acquisition and development to employee relations and administrative excellence. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely acquisition of top-tier talent for the Pekanbaru branch.
  • Supervise day-to-day HR administrative operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  • Implement and monitor local Human Capital strategies aligned with company-wide policies and objectives.
  • Conduct performance management cycles and provide coaching to staff to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal regulations.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and maintain high productivity.
  • Prepare regular analytical reports on HR metrics and headcount management for regional leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and resolve complex personnel issues.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-moving operational environment.
  • Must be willing to be stationed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
