Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the timely acquisition of top-tier talent for the Pekanbaru branch.
- Supervise day-to-day HR administrative operations, including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
- Implement and monitor local Human Capital strategies aligned with company-wide policies and objectives.
- Conduct performance management cycles and provide coaching to staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company internal regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skill sets and maintain high productivity.
- Prepare regular analytical reports on HR metrics and headcount management for regional leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and resolve complex personnel issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-moving operational environment.
- Must be willing to be stationed in Pekanbaru, Riau.
