Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and develop HR team to ensure efficient execution of all human capital functions
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and BPJS/Ketenagakerjaan compliance

  • Manage General Affairs operations including facilities, procurement, and office administration

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR management experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS administration
  • Proven track record in team leadership and talent development
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management software
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
