Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop HR team to ensure efficient execution of all human capital functions
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and BPJS/Ketenagakerjaan compliance
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Manage General Affairs operations including facilities, procurement, and office administration
- Drive performance management initiatives and employee development programs
- Ensure adherence to labor regulations and HR best practices
- Build and maintain positive employee relations and organizational culture
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR management experience with supervisory responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and BPJS administration
- Proven track record in team leadership and talent development
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
