Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Manage employee records, attendance systems, and benefit administration
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular audits for labor law compliance
- Collaborate with legal team on contract reviews and workplace policies
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Human Resources, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR/Legal dual roles
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor legislation
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR or Labor Law preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
