Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to understand business objectives and develop strategic HR initiatives to support growth.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Drive performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
- Administer and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in compliance with local regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on leadership, compliance, and soft skills.
- Act as a change champion to support organizational transformation and culture building.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Proven track record of handling sensitive employee issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Demonstrated experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry is highly preferred.
