Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing employee engagement, developing HR policies, and supporting organizational growth initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute comprehensive candidate sourcing and recruitment processes across all organizational levels
  • Manage new employee onboarding, including contract preparation and orientation programs
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with schools, universities, and industry institutions
  • Support implementation of HR policies and employee engagement initiatives
  • Conduct talent market research to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and talent requirements
  • Assist in HR projects related to organizational development and workforce planning

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, talent acquisition, or HRBP roles
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with educational institutions and industry partners
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and organizational abilities
