Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll processing.
- Lead and mentor the General Affair team to ensure office facilities, maintenance, and building security are maintained at high standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for office supplies and operational assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost organizational productivity.
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to local labor laws and company policies across all HR activities.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management regarding HR metrics and GA operational performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably within the retail or fashion sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
