In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of over 500+ employees, driving organizational culture, and modernizing our workflows through the adoption of cutting-edge HRIS solutions.
As the HR Manager, you will act as a strategic business partner, aligning human capital strategies with company objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organization’s growth and multi-location operations.
- Lead and mentor the HRGA team to ensure operational excellence across all sites.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Drive the digital transformation of HR processes by successfully implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks.
- Manage General Affairs (GA) functions to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree (MM/MSDM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a strong preference for candidates from the Manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-site operations and large-scale workforces (500+ headcount).
- Strong proficiency in HRIS implementation and data-driven HR analytics.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
