Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s luxury service objectives and business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier hospitality talent.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems, ensuring timely appraisals and career development plans.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and service standards.
- Manage payroll administration, attendance tracking, and employee benefit programs efficiently.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable reports to the executive leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and foster a culture of service excellence.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
