Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? FUGO Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to join our team in Kalimantan Tengah. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving our people strategy, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring operational excellence in a high-end luxury environment.

In this role, you will lead the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and organizational development. You will act as a bridge between management and staff, ensuring that our team members feel supported, motivated, and aligned with the premium service standards that define the FUGO experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s luxury service objectives and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier hospitality talent.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems, ensuring timely appraisals and career development plans.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and service standards.
  • Manage payroll administration, attendance tracking, and employee benefit programs efficiently.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable reports to the executive leadership team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury resort industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proven ability to manage diverse teams and foster a culture of service excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
