Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Singaporean labor laws
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
- Conduct performance management programs and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and statutory requirements
- Lead organizational development initiatives and employee engagement programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years HR management experience in Singapore
- Expert knowledge of Singaporean Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proven experience in retail or FMCG industry
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
