We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Human Resource (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our local workforce and international stakeholders, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws combined with exceptional fluency in Mandarin (both oral and written). You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and administrative compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding factory personnel.
- Act as a primary translator and bridge for communication between Mandarin-speaking management and local employees.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal company policies.
- Administer payroll, employee benefits, and attendance tracking systems accurately.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel records and prepare weekly HR reports for senior management.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance worker productivity and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Mandarin Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory (HSK 5/6 preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HRIS software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
