Indovision Prima Film is looking for a highly motivated Human Resource Supervisor to manage and enhance our HR operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the HR department, ensuring a positive work environment, and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support the company's growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communication.
- Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and organize employee development activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and C&B (Compensation & Benefits).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
