Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to government regulations, labor laws, and permit requirements
  • Design, implement, and evaluate performance management systems and improvement initiatives
  • Resolve employee relations issues through proactive communication and mediation
  • Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience with proven recruitment and performance management expertise
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
