Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments
- Manage full-cycle employee administration including onboarding, offboarding, and documentation compliance
- Monitor and ensure adherence to government regulations, labor laws, and permit requirements
- Design, implement, and evaluate performance management systems and improvement initiatives
- Resolve employee relations issues through proactive communication and mediation
- Conduct regular HR audits and maintain accurate personnel records
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience with proven recruitment and performance management expertise
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and government regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking with experience developing HR policies and procedures
