Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives in the FMCG sector.
- Oversee end-to-end talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, and succession mapping.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to foster high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on labor regulations, employee relations, and conflict resolution within the Indonesian legal framework.
- Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and design professional development programs for diverse teams.
- Lead change management initiatives to support the company’s expansion and operational transitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years specifically as an HRBP within the FMCG or Beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law (UU Cipta Kerja) and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to influence senior management and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS tools and data reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and multicultural international environment.
