Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Oversee employee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration and positive first impressions
- Administer HR documentation including contracts, performance reviews, and personnel files
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and policy implementation
- Support training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Assist with HR analytics and reporting to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent retention strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
