Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including payroll, attendance records, and employee database management.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal company regulations.
- Support organizational culture building through team-building activities and effective internal communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Bandung area.
