Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of fitness professionals
- Oversee HR administration tasks including employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation
- Develop and implement performance KPI tracking systems for all staff roles
- Design and execute talent development programs including training workshops and career advancement initiatives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Monitor employee satisfaction and implement retention strategies
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian labor regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or service industries
- Proven expertise in recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Experience with HRIS systems and performance management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Data analysis capabilities for KPI tracking and reporting
- Certification in HR development or talent management preferred
