The Salvation Army is currently hiring a Human Resources Executive / Senior Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this full-time position, you will oversee critical HR operations, acting as the primary point of contact for many employee-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance, administering compensation and benefits packages, and supporting employee relations. We are looking for a proactive individual who can maintain a positive work environment while ensuring that all HR policies are effectively implemented.
You will also play a pivotal role in talent management, assisting with recruitment efforts and the onboarding of new staff members. With a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and at least 2-3 years of professional experience, you will help shape our organizational culture. If you possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine desire to help others, we want you on our team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement to all employees.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including leave management, claims, and review.
- Oversee employee relations and provide support for conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and onboarding.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company HR policies.
- Conduct performance appraisals and contribute to talent development and training initiatives.
- Maintain and update accurate HR records and personnel files.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong expertise in payroll systems and compensation structures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for working with a non-profit organization and serving the community.
