Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead large-scale talent management initiatives, including performance appraisal systems and competency modeling.
- Design and facilitate robust succession planning frameworks to ensure leadership continuity.
- Provide expert advisory services on organizational structure, change management, and corporate culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning and development programs.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and practices that ensure legal compliance and workplace efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive audits and analytics to provide data-driven recommendations for HR improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR Consulting, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end implementation of HR frameworks in diverse industries.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations in Malaysia.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools for informed decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) are highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
