Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Provide expert advisory services on organizational structure, change management, and corporate culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR Consulting, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end implementation of HR frameworks in diverse industries.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and labor regulations in Malaysia.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
