In this strategic position, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and career development.
As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and values. You will manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. You will represent the company in legal matters related to employment and ensure that our HR practices are both ethical and effective.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring decisions
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related matters and workplace issues
- Represent the company in legal issues related to employment and labor laws
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve satisfaction
- Coordinate employee development programs, including training and career advancement opportunities
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management on workforce trends and challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
