Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with hotel business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in accordance with Indonesian labor law.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and attendance systems with high precision.
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance staff productivity and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory hotel industry standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role within the hospitality sector.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to manage international guest relations and corporate communications.
- Expertise in office administration and proficiency in HR software/MS Office.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and manpower regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- High integrity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to lead diverse teams.
