Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and hospitality industry regulations.
- Administer compensation and benefit programs, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead performance management processes, including training and development programs for staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare analytical HR reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labor regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams and resolve interpersonal conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HRIS and standard office productivity software.
