Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs for manufacturing roles
- Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and training initiatives
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits administration, and labor law compliance
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing sector
- Proven expertise in talent development, policy formulation, and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
