Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Lead performance management cycles, including appraisals, coaching, and career development planning.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and legally.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting systems to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and complex employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
