Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure top-tier talent acquisition.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Administer performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Supervise compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Maintain comprehensive HR records and generate analytical reports to support management decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in HR management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations.
  • Proven ability to manage organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in Riau.
