Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure top-tier talent acquisition.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
- Supervise compensation, benefits, and payroll administration to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive HR records and generate analytical reports to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in HR management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations.
- Proven ability to manage organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in Riau.
