Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or corporate HR.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
