Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company goals and industry best practices
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process for all hotel positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and recognition programs
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation packages
- Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software
