Deskripsi Pekerjaan

PT. Hiron Indonesia Industry is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team in Kendal, Central Java. This is a strategic role designed to bridge communication between local operations and international stakeholders, ensuring seamless HR administration and employee relations.

As an HR professional in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high operational standards, supporting recruitment initiatives, and fostering a productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of Indonesian labor law, and full professional fluency in Mandarin to facilitate effective cross-cultural collaboration.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary liaison between management and employees, providing clear communication and conflict resolution.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening candidates and conducting interviews in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
  • Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, including attendance management, payroll documentation, and personnel filing.
  • Coordinate with local government agencies regarding labor permits and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all company policies are understood and signed.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs aimed at improving employee retention and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and staff activities for executive review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin (HSK 5 or equivalent preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
