We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Bekasi Selatan. This role is essential in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring that our workforce is empowered, organized, and aligned with company goals.

As an HR Officer, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, handling employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and has a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and screening to coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking, overtime, and benefits administration.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Support performance management cycles and disciplinary actions in accordance with company standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HRIS software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a retail-related office environment.
