Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and CEVA internal regulations.
- Collaborate with regional HR leads to standardize HR reporting and data analytics to drive better decision-making.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support professional development and organizational changes.
- Manage end-to-end local recruitment operations, including screening, interviewing, and contract coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced logistics and manufacturing environment.
