Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and company internal policies.
  • Manage employee attendance, payroll administration, and benefits coordination.
  • Handle industrial relations and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and support talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably within a manufacturing or factory setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
