Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee performance management systems including evaluations and improvement plans
- Conduct training programs and workshops for professional development
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Manage employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Prepare HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee development programs
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) is advantageous
