Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning and job posting to candidate screening and onboarding.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to support employee skill development and organizational growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and personnel records in compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR programs, including employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
- Ensure seamless coordination between HR processes and operational requirements on the factory floor.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employment contracts, medical check-ups, and new hire documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruitment and training, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively in a factory environment.
