Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of HV/MV switchgear and transformer projects from engineering design through to commissioning and handover
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety protocols
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for electrical infrastructure projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare technical documentation including test reports, commissioning procedures, and as-built drawings
- Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot electrical systems during commissioning phases
- Ensure adherence to Singapore's electrical safety regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HV/MV switchgear and transformer projects
- Proven expertise in electrical commissioning procedures and testing methodologies
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, protective relaying, and SCADA systems
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency with electrical design software (AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams
