Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support for HVAC and appliance products via phone, email, and remote diagnostics
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and technical documentation
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, tracking, and optimizing stock levels
- Collaborate with suppliers to source hard-to-find components and negotiate pricing
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides
- Train junior engineers and field technicians on product specifications and repair procedures
- Analyze recurring product failures and provide actionable feedback to product development teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with HVAC systems or major appliance repair
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and parts catalogs
- Strong problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for clear technical guidance to diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with parts inventory management systems and supply chain processes
- Certification in HVAC repair or appliance technology preferred
