Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the HVAC electrical team to ensure optimal project performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of marine HVAC electrical control systems.
- Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and circuit diagrams to guide daily operations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely completion of shipyard maintenance and new construction tasks.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of electrical wiring, sensors, and HVAC control units.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all electrical repairs and system upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with international maritime electrical standards and shipyard safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marine HVAC electrical systems or related industrial sectors.
- Degree or Vocational Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams in a shipyard or offshore environment.
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing complex electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for HVAC control systems, PLCs, and electrical motor circuits.
- Familiarity with classification society rules (e.g., BKI, ABS, DNV) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced shipyard setting.
