Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate HVAC construction activities to ensure proper installation and integration with building systems
- Oversee HVAC system installations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Manage and supervise the commissioning process of HVAC systems to verify optimal performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop efficient HVAC solutions
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure long-term performance
- Prepare technical documentation, including system schematics, installation reports, and maintenance schedules
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies, regulations, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC design, installation, and commissioning
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration
- Familiarity with local and international HVAC standards, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in HVAC design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, load calculation software)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA 608, LEED AP) is considered an advantage
