Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate HVAC system installations and construction activities at project sites
- Supervise installation teams to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety protocols
- Execute system commissioning procedures and performance validation tests
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during implementation phases
- Prepare technical documentation including installation reports and compliance records
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers for seamless project delivery
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Implement energy optimization strategies in HVAC system designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering and construction coordination
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation methodologies
- Experience with system commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance testing
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA 608, LEED AP) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under project deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for stakeholder collaboration
