Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop HVAC systems for new construction and retrofit projects
- Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and equipment selection
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD/BIM tools
- Conduct site inspections, system commissioning, and performance testing
- Develop preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot complex systems
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Building Code, ASHRAE standards, and energy efficiency regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated building systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC design and installation experience
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, Trace)
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, ductwork design, and thermal dynamics
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PE license, LEED AP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
