Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of large-scale HVAC systems, including CRAC/CRAH units and chillers.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and cooling redundancy.
- Perform root cause analysis and emergency troubleshooting for thermal management incidents.
- Monitor and manage Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize energy usage and cooling performance.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major equipment overhauls and site infrastructure upgrades.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, ISO standards, and data centre operational policies.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and technical reports for audit and performance analysis purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, specifically within mission-critical facilities or data centres.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial chillers, cooling towers, and precision air conditioning systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Experience with BMS and automated control systems is highly preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Chargeman or HVAC-specific certifications) are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
