- Lead HVAC system design for cleanroom and pharmaceutical facilities
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards and industry regulations
- Manage project timelines and deliverables within budget constraints
- Mentor and supervise team of HVAC designers and engineers
- Coordinate with architects and contractors for seamless system integration
- Conduct site assessments and resolve technical design challenges
- Stay current with emerging HVAC technologies and sustainable practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years HVAC design experience with 3+ years in cleanrooms/pharmaceuticals
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification preferred
- Proficiency in HVAC design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP)
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE 90.1 and cleanroom standards
- Proven team leadership and project management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
