Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all AC installation, maintenance, and repair activities
- Lead HVAC technicians to ensure timely delivery of service excellence
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy optimization strategies
- Manage inventory of HVAC spare parts and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for stakeholders
- Train and mentor junior technicians on technical best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized equipment and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC operations experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Valid EPA 608 certification and HVAC industry credentials
- Proven experience managing technical teams and operational budgets
- Advanced proficiency in HVAC control systems and building automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for technical documentation
