Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships within the HVAC and Lift sectors.
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and detailed technical and commercial quotations.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including bid preparation and negotiation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project sales, specifically in HVAC or Lift/Elevator systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, tender requirements, and project management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of being target-driven and achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
