Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HVAC and BMS projects from initial planning and design to final commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and safety compliance throughout the project duration.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost tracking to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Lead technical meetings and represent Johnson Controls in client and stakeholder communications.
- Drive the integration of BMS solutions to optimize building performance and energy efficiency.
- Mitigate project risks and resolve site-level technical challenges proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional license (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically within the commercial building sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial project deliveries from start to finish.
