In this role, you will be the backbone of our on-site project operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our HVAC installations are executed with precision, adhering strictly to design specifications, project timelines, and industry-leading safety and quality standards. We are looking for a proactive problem solver who can bridge the gap between complex engineering designs and seamless field implementation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HVAC projects to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Manage site progress, ensuring all work remains within the defined project schedule and budget.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and technical teams to resolve on-site installation issues effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor adherence to safety protocols and quality management systems.
- Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM) for accurate execution.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports on project status, highlighting milestones achieved and identifying potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure all mechanical systems are tested and commissioned according to performance specifications before project handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in HVAC systems design, installation, or project engineering.
- Strong technical proficiency in interpreting complex mechanical/HVAC drawings and schematics.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and HVAC industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating effectively with diverse teams.
