Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement, delivery, and installation of specialized HVAC equipment for data center projects.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure equipment specifications meet rigorous performance and sustainability standards.
- Oversee on-site equipment commissioning and testing protocols to ensure seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for external vendors and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project timelines, budget allocations, and resource distribution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across all equipment handling and installation phases.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including project status reports, equipment manuals, and handover dossiers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC project management, specifically within data center environments or heavy industrial facilities.
- Deep understanding of mission-critical cooling systems, including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and precision air conditioning.
- Strong project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Expertise in interpreting technical blueprints, schematic diagrams, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and implement corrective actions in high-pressure environments.
