Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale HVAC and central AC installation projects.
- Develop accurate project estimates, cost breakdowns, and technical proposals for new inquiries.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and sub-contractor activities to ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate closely with internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards, building regulations, and quality performance benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress audits to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and variation orders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing central AC and commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong proficiency in HVAC estimation, site supervision, and project planning software.
- Deep technical knowledge of HVAC system design, chilled water systems, and ventilation standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant design software is highly preferred.
