Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, including scope definition and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and technical requirements
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns
- Lead and mentor project teams to foster collaboration and maintain high performance standards
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC project management or assistant project management roles
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and energy-efficient solutions
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) highly desirable
- Familiarity with Singaporean building codes and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools
